Responsibilities

Welcome and assist patients with inquiries and appointments

Answer and respond to telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner

Accurately process patient payments via cash, eftpos, and direct bill transactions

Ensure the accurate storage and retrieval of patient and practice records

At all times maintain confidentiality of patient personal and financial information

Maintain cleanliness of reception area and clinic rooms

Support the day to day operations of the medical centre
Requirements
